Bunbury trip
Trip to Bunbury
Once a year me and our play Bunbury for basketball so we head there for the weekend. Last year we headed down to a Bunbury caravan park which was really nice, we stayed in like these house things which were right next to this lake thing where we went fishing at. When we first arrived there we went fishing but didn’t really catch anything.
After fishing we went to the front desk and rented out some three wheeler bikes which we rode around in and did some darty skids in. After nearly a day of being there other people from the team started turning up. So when everyone had arrived we headed out for a game of spotlight.
This was heaps of fun running through the caravan park, this game went on for the whole night. After the game had finished had we had a good night sleep, everyone was up early because the light would come through the window and wake everyone up. When everyone was up had breakfast we started playing on this like giant inflated pillow thing which was like 10meters long and 5meters wide. So we started playing NFL on the pillow playing with scores people started arguing and fighting, but pretty funny 5 minutes after everyone was over it. So the day went on went fishing and when to the beach by night time we wanted to play another game of spotlight and by the way we had a game the next day at like 9. But we didn’t really think about that and continued to play our games.
So we were playing that late into the night having heaps of fun with my mates when we finally came home, don’t Evan know what the time was but just fell straight asleep. The next morning it was game day tired as, not just me but the whole team but we ended flogging the Bunbury team by like 40.
The Party
The party
On the 31st of December of 2011 was new years day, and was heading to a party with my mate Dain, it was around 6:30 and the party wasn’t for a hour so we just gonna go to the deli down my road then walk to the party, as my garage door lift and I look outside I see like 20 of my mates waiting outside my house because they had nowhere to go before the party started. So me and Dain where just like stuff this and went straight to the party lucky for us they let us in early. I told my parents I was going to a party and they said that me and Dain had to be home before 1.
When we entered the house it was really nice with I long hall way leading to a flash back yard with a pool and wooded floor boards. When we got out there, there was like this giant coke bottle, which just had free drinks for everyone but I wasn’t drinking that night because I was going home to my parents and I don’t drink anyway. So as the party went on more people came and it started getting more fun, we were just having a good time with some mates, then people started doing some dumb stuff like one of my good mates raided the fridge of this massive bottle of something, there was people dropping glass bottles.
So after a few of these incidents the guy that owned the house was getting revved up and angry was like trying to kick people out, but he was pushing people and getting in there faces and stuff. So some of the boys were getting frustrated and wanted to fight the dude so we had to old this guy down. There was just so much tension and later on in the night these guys where mucking around on the table and broke the leg straight in half.
So the guy from before was getting mired annoyed, people were vomiting on the carpet. So after the new years had come was made to get out of the house we me and my mates where leaving one of them kicked a light out, and all you see is that guy that owns the house run over and just push him face first into the street which nearly caused a fight. Basically this is saying why young people under age shouldn’t drink alcohol.
Year 7 camp
In the year of 2008 I went to year 7 camp with my primary school,
When we arrived at the place we were staying it was in the middle of nowhere surrounded by trees kangaroos and bushes. Before we headed to the camp we had to choose people to stay with me and Jordan where best mates so we where together and we also had Mario and Lochie.
The rooms we where staying in had two bunk beds across from each other one window looking out on the bush and the stuff we packed, which was just food drink and clothes.
On the first day we all separated into groups and headed to different things during the day, for my first day I started with rock climbing. I was really excited for this because I had never done rock climbing before.
When I was watching other people climb up I was thinking the wall isn’t evan very high so don’t know why people would be scared, so when it was my turn got buckled up and whatever I started to climb and it wasn’t as easy as I thought but wasn’t that hard and made it to the top. After this we went to the next wall which went up a few meters then went horizontal then vertical again, no one in class could climb this one besides Matt who was the smallest kid in the class.
When we made our way back to camp we just played some basketball talked and went to bed. When we were in our dorms the other boys in my room where talking but I went to sleep, after a few hours of sleep I feel water running down my face and I wake up. My mate Lochie had poured some of the water from his water bottle on my face to wake me up, as I looked up and saw Jordan, Mario and Lochie up and they said to me let’s go wake people up. So I rolled out of my bed went out our dorm there was like one light and around 1.
When we got out the first room we went to was this kid called Trent cause it was the funniest, at the camp everyone had to have there doors unlocked for some reason. So we snuck into Trent’s room turned his light on and poured water on his face. After that we went to lots of rooms knocking on the doors and doing funny stuff. When we were out for a bit and had some fun we heard a door open we looked over and it was a priceable so we hit behind these bar things, after he went back into his room we where like let’s go back to our room.
